At iMendMacs we offer support to ensure you maximise your experience using your Apple products, services & 3rd Party Applications.

We like to keep it simple and have 2 simple support options.

Option 1 – Unlimited Software Support

Telephone & Remote support during office hours (9am – 5pm) show you and advise you on how to complete a particular tasks or to show you the basics.

Answering any questions you may have or shortcuts you may need.

This can be completed via Remote Access onto your system, phone call, or simply answering questions via email.

However you find it best to gain an understanding we can cater for all requirements.

This option is available on a 30 days rolling contract, for £25 per Month.

Option 2 – Ad-hoc Software Support

Telephone & Remote support during office hours (9am – 5pm) show you and advise you on how to complete a particular tasks or to show you the basics.

Answering any questions you may have or shortcuts you may need.

This can be completed via Remote Access onto your system, phone call, or simply answering questions via email.

However you find it best to gain an understanding we can cater for all requirements.

This option is available ad-hoc for £65 per Hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
